It has become time to congratulate our dear Senior Beauty Editor Jean-Pierre Barda that now takes the big step to open his very own beauty salon in central Stockholm.

It is over 25 year’s experience of beauty that Jean-Pierre will share in his own salon. He started as a makeup artist when he was 17 and then started as an intern with Björn Axén whom he also became assistant to. After some glamour years with the band “Army of Lovers” Jean-Pierre has returned to beauty with a base as hair stylist with Björn Axén as well as doing TV, radio, seminars.

When the salon opens Jean-Pierre explains that he wants to create an oasis as well as a place for inspiration. “My ambition is to recreate old times beauty parlors where classic hair and beauty treatments run side by side with today’s modern hi-tech treatments in a relaxing,  social, friendly and inspiring atmosphere within the realm of wellbeing, style and beauty”.

By Barda is done in collaboration with P&G Salon Professional and will open at fashionable Birger Jarlsgatan in the beginning of December. One can be certain to get all the relevant information about the salon and the opening here at alamode.se.
