MQ goes for party

In time for the years party season retailer MQ goes for party with its in house collection by the name "Paris, Kate & I". A collection made to make life a bit more fun.

It is MQ´s own designer Emelie Nilsson with team that has designed the collection. It really is a party collection that is supposed to give a feel of Madison Avenue or New Bond Street, but that is also supposed to be affordable, which is probably a good thing in these times of financial turmoil. The items are unique and made in limited editions.

The focus is on party and a starting point has been the little black dress. Apart from dresses there are party tops, skirts and stylish jackets. Materials like silk, tulle and lace in a combination with flounce and spangles gives a luxurious feel.

The collection goes in darker colours and might feel a bit lifeless but many of the garments are easy to accessorize to bring more colours and also create many different combinations so you can wear them over and over again.

The collection "Paris, Kate & I" is launched October 23 and will be available in selected MQ shops all over Sweden.
