Tiger of Sweden finds new fabrics

Most of us are aware that Tiger of Swedes is more or less a definition of quality. For spring the company presents a jacket in a completely new material that is none the less than perfection.

 

 

 

 

 

Since long Tiger have very good relations to the best fabric suppliers in Italy. These relations give them access to the best and most innovative fabrics. Now they have managed to get hold of an entirely new fabric from Loro Pianas that is called The Wave.

The Wave is made out of a combination of very thin merino wool and silk. The wool gives softness and makes them long lasting, whilst the silk adds stability. The combination of these materials and a completely new method for twining them gives extremely thing and flexible garments that also stays clear of creases.

Tiger of Sweden´s The Wave jacket will be available in stores from February 2009.
