It just won’t take off for RNB
RNB (Retail and Brands) have just had another year of losses. Even though they were lower than last year so were sales.
H&M hit hard in September
When the H&M group reported their sales for September 2009 it was obvious that they were hit hard by the warm weather that occurred in most of their markets.
Uphill for Åhléns purchase of DSE?
In March 2009 Åhlengruppen and RNB signed a deal that gave Åhléns the right to buy RNB´s shops (Department and Stores Europe, DSE) at NK in Stockholm and Gothenburg. The deal will now be tried in court in Stockholm.
Sales up for Kappahl
Fashion retailer Kappahl reported increased sales during their fourth quarter that last from June to August.
H&M Q1 - Q3
H&M increased sales as well as profit during the first nine month period of the year. Sales were not up as much as expected due to low summer sales estimates.
Slow fashion sales in August
Well it wasn´t really the sales cause as we still remember the sales on shoes and clothes were phenomenal this summer, but as always they affected the total revenues.
